Returns and Exchanges

At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of horse hair.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
